Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Every order ships in plain, unmarked, tamper-evident packaging with no external branding. Contents are cushioned and sealed against moisture, temperature swings, and transit damage. Shipments comply with all applicable carrier and customs regulations for research materials.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact our team before shipping anything back so we can issue a return authorisation and provide instructions.

Due to the nature of research compound and our strict quality control protocols, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Chain-of-custody integrity is a non-negotiable part of guaranteeing the purity of every batch we ship.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost. Please retain the original packaging and take a photo of the damage before contacting us — it speeds up resolution substantially.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Funds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the credit.
